charming tatami flooring, clean and well-laid rooms, beautiful onsen views
The price felt inflated for what you receive!!! Limited recycling facilities concentrated in one area felt inconvenient!!! The lack of air conditioning in common areas was uncomfortable in the summer heat!!!

The hot spring here is a must-try! There are two gender-separated pools with stunning views of Kyoto. After a long day, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Plus, the room was comfy for our family with a toddler.
My children wanted more options for kid-friendly meals.

The Japanese-Style Standard Room offered a delightful blend of traditional decor and modern comfort, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The onsen facilities were a perfect way to relax after busy days of exploring. A highlight was the delicious baked chocolate cake served during breakfast, adding a special touch to my morning routine. Unfortunately, traffic noise was sometimes noticeable, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, while the room was charming, storage space was limited for two people.

The onsen was a highlight. soaking in the mineral bath after a day of exploring left me refreshed and rejuvenated.
However, the Economy Twin Room was quite cramped, and it felt a bit challenging to store our luggage comfortably during our stay.

Kyoto's culinary treasures are all around! Eijuan just down the street offers mouthwatering dishes that'll leave your tastebuds dancing—try the crinkle-cut fries there! Plus, the onsen bathtub is a perfect wind-down after a day of exploring, and the staff's hospitality is top-notch!
The Economy Twin Room felt more like a cozy nook rather than a spacious retreat.

It was just a prime choice for a fleeting moment in Kyoto with attractive and competitive value for money. The public bath on the 4th floor was really great after a long day out. Make sure to prepare for limited English from the staff.
